Our Story

VI(NO) The Collection is a premium label of non-​alcoholic wines, founded by Rachel Ross, who made an ​empowered decision to be alcohol-free.

Driven by her experience, Rachel sought out alcohol-free ​options that were low in sugar and dry in finish.

Finding ​none to her satisfaction, she decided to create her own ​product to meet the needs of her active, social, and ​alcohol-free lifestyle.

Thus, VI(NO) The Collection was born.

For the socially active with discerning taste, VI(NO) is ​the celebratory and empowered choice.

The Family Suite

Introducing VI(NO) The Collection, a Premium Collection of Non-Alcoholic wines, that are proudly 0.0% ABV.

Once produced at our Spanish vineyard, these quality wines are passed through a German vacuum distillation process to remove all of the alcohol, while maintaining the wine’s flavour integrity.

Our product is low calorie, low in sugar, rich in antioxidants and dry in finish.
